DESCRIPTION:
Up for sale is a very rare 1975 GMC Beau James edition truck.
Only a few thousand of these trucks were ever made. Only 39 are known to exist in the Beau James/Gentleman Jim Registry.
This one came with the optional 454 engine and a TH400 trans. Most were 350 engines.
The truck retains 65% original paint, one owner from 1975 to 2022 and always a SO CAL truck.
Great floors and no cab corner rust. I have the original hood.
Completely stock 454 engine.
These trucks came as a heavy half ton/1500 series, Sierra Classics trucks with a 3/4 ton frame.
New belts, hoses, thermostat, plugs, plug wires, dist cap, rotor, water pump, alternator, fuel pump, fuel lines, fuel tank, sending unit, rebuilt original 4 core brass radiator. New master cylinder. new power steering pump and lines. Rebuilt carburetor.
All gauges work.
The truck runs and drives and shifts great, but needs brake work (needs new calipers, lines, etc.)
This is a pre smog truck, current registration and clean CA title in my name,in hand.
