Hennessey Performance made history in 2007 when Road & Track Magazine invited them to a high-speed shootout against the world’s fastest supercars, including the Bugatti Veyron 16.4, Mercedes McLaren SLR, and Lamborghini Murciélago. Competing with their Venom 1000 Twin Turbo Viper, Hennessey shocked the world by beating the Veyron in a 0-200 mph sprint, proving that raw power and lightweight engineering could rival even the most advanced hypercars.

Inspired by this victory, John Hennessey envisioned the ultimate high-performance machine—a lightweight, mid-engine supercar with extreme power and unmatched handling. The idea?
